1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Rebuilt and are between you and Wolox Technology Inc. (DBA Rebuilt). By using Rebuilt, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rebuilt. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Interfering with service integrity, security, or availability.
  • Using Rebuilt to transmit harmful, infringing, or abusive content.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and cancellation terms are presented at purchase. Taxes may apply.

6. Intellectual property

Rebuilt and its content, branding, and software are owned by Wolox Technology Inc. or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required to protect users, systems, or legal compliance.

8. Disclaimer

Rebuilt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolox Technology Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of Rebuilt.

10. Privacy

Your use of Rebuilt is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. You agree that disputes will be resolved in courts located in Manitoba, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
